The first company of the group was Insurance House Company (IHC) which was established in 2004 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. IHC quickly gained remarkable exposure and its reputation became associated with the major accounts and banks in the Saudi market for the different lines of business.
In 2016, the idea to start an insurance aggregator came to life which led to launching Tameeni officially in November 2017, as the 1st licensed aggregator in Saudi Arabia which became in 2024 the first listed Insurtech company in stock market in KSA. This was a turning point and eye opener to shareholders to expand their existing scope of activities through a well-structured approach under a proper holding.
IGIB is a subsidiary insurance brokerage from Innovation House Group Holding Company. IHG holding entered the Egyptian insurance market in 2023, with a remarkable insurance experience in KSA backed by local expertise and aiming to participate in the Egyptian market to innovate and develop a new level of insurance services.
